Recent SCOTUS Decision Impact on Religious Institutions Employment Standards

I have read some on the recent SCOTUS decision on discrimination based on sexual orientation but I’m curious as to how this applies to Religious Institutions who have strict policies that you must abide by their faith rules in order to be employed at the institution.
For instance, I know many Catholic Schools have a clause that you need to be adhering to Catholic doctrine in order to teach at the school. Does this decision put that policy in jeopardy?

Of course not...just like this won't have any effect on Title IX cases on athletes or trannies going in girls bathrooms.

Does religious liberty trump this when it comes to employment? Just feels like a question we all should be asking.
At the end of the day, I would guess Catholic Schools would contemplate closing down if forced to employee people that live contrary to what their religion allows.

It doesn’t matter what we ask ourselves.
It only matters what 5 people in black robes say.

Hobby Lobby decision blocks it for privately owned institutions/corporations.

For me, If/When a tranny applies to teach at a Catholic school it will most obviously be to cause a disruption in the catholic school system and an attempt to provoke a discrimination suit by challenging the Catholic religions opinions on sexuality not about "teaching" children.
I'm sure there is a lot of legal grey area and "victims" will spin everything to their benefit but it seems to me it's more about standards and qualifications than sexual orientations.
But there is no doubt the freaks will use this to try to force the churches to change their beliefs. It is never about equality and treatment, only forced acceptance of alternative lifestyles. Actually acceptances is an out dated mission, they really want people to be forced to not only accept but celebrate their lifestyles.

Don't hire them to start with and you don't have a problem. Employers need to practice due diligence when hiring nowadays. Social media searches will give you a good idea about who you are fixing to hire. As usual, buyer beware.

In theory, sure. But it just “blocks it” until the Supreme Court decides it doesn’t block it.

The trans person in the case we’re discussing decided to transition after over 50 years on this earth.

Yep. Any time they feel like it 5 people can and will impose a judicial oligarchy on the rest of us, and 40% of the population will navel-gaze and figure there's some deep legal rationale behind their decision.

We need to stop with this insane legalistic thinking. We need a strong state made up of strong Rightwing men saying "this is how it's going to be"
Conservatism has become so twisted into libertarian individualism which is why they're all pro gay now.

It means they can’t discriminate against gay people any more than they can based on gender or race

Discriminatory hiring practices based on a protected class are also illegal.

My church isn’t hiring shims. Say whatever you want.

I certainly don’t want mine to, but they should prepare to be sued.
