What do call a 6 square block area populated with businesses and residences? Communal property?

what?

The op is referring to the cult outside of Waco that declared themselves autonomous, armed themselves, were hostile to police, set up a compound in the country with their own beliefs and laws, and committed sex crimes.

Op is asking how that differs from the cult in Seattle that has declared themselves autonomous, armed themselves, are hostile to police, set up a commune in the middle of the city with their own beliefs and laws, and are committing sex crimes.

Im not sure if you're serious...In Waco, the murdered people owned the land they were minding their own business on, while what's going on now is the exact opposite

Oh, okay. I see your point. To me, Your OP sounded as if Waco was okay bc it was on privately owned land.

How is it different than The confederacy?

If they can do what they're doing why can't we just go ahead and split the country by left and right?
That would solve most of our problems very quickly.... at least for those on the right.

The FBI claimed they had info from an informant that there were illegal firearms in the Waco compound so they burned it down to find the physical evidence. I haven’t heard there are any federal laws being broken in CHAZ.

It's all good, I consider what happened in Waco to be one of the biggest atrocities the modern US has orchestrated.
