Sports media showing out.

Anybody who didn't think the sports media was as liberal as the news media is getting a rude awakening. They are going crazy with excitement over what's going on now.

Rush Limbaugh has always said the Sports Media is more Liberal than the MSM and He is right.

Was telling the wife today I am probably done with college football. A year ago, I could not have imagined anything short of actually being dead would make me feel that way. It was a fun ride.

Went out to dinner with the Wife around 5pm, tonight and they had horse racing one some tv's, espn and espn 2 on the others.
the espn and espn2 tv's was all about woke shite, and the protests, etc.
I could see Max Kellermans talking, so i knew it was a cuck segment.

It’s been pretty revealing to see the college football sportswriters that I follow show their liberal cards over the last two months. Amazing how it’s pretty much across the board how liberal they are. It’s like they want to prove how woke they are as a way to make up for not being “real” journalists.
Unfollowed Spencer Hall right before he got canned a week or so ago. I’ve got no problems with people who have different beliefs, but he got downright militant in his hate for Trump and Trump voters. The guy made his living being comic relief for SEC fans FFS. I follow him to get funny takes about life in the SEC, not to get constantly called a shitty human being because I’m voting for Trump.

I have had the feeling that a lot of sports media actually hate sports.
They were calling to cancel all sports right after corona started. NFL writers continue to try to change or get rid of football.
I’ve listened to sports radio for 25 years. Now the only reasonable guys I can listen to are Russillo, Steve Czaban and Tony Bruno.

Even more, when he said it live, 2 black co-hosts on the show adamantly agreed with him. Then the next day after getting a stern talking to, they changed their positions

I used to listen to The Ticket in Dallas religiously. Haven’t listened in awhile because I moved out of Dallas about 6 months ago. Thought I’d tune in on iHeart Radio a couple of days ago and was horrified. The world is over.

I did years ago too. 10 or so years ago, Sportscenter was a daily watch for me... can't even remember the last time I watched that BS. I think the final straw was the daily let's find something to shite on Tebow and praise Lebron about every day.

It’s insane. I do not mind opposing viewpoints but their left wing political analysis/views are not the reason I follow them.
