The Israelis have a phenomenal program for Diaspora Jews who want to emigrate to Israel. I'm sure the Ghanans could do something similar.

I would support my tax dollars going to send people who feel "unwanted" here a one way ticket to other countries than my tax dollars bringing people who hate core American values here.
