Any baws out there today? How’s the weather? The wife, kids, and I were supposed to go today through Thursday but we’re gonna leave early tomorrow morning instead. If it was just me and the wife, we’d be on the road already but I’m leery on driving through bad weather with the kiddos.

If I were you, I would do like that other guy and just cancel. Go north to the smokies instead.

We always go to Navarre but at the time we booked there was still a ban on Louisiana residents. I see there ain’t shite happening that way. Kinda aggravated at that

Yeah we’re just drinking on the patio this morning. Some people are on the beach but not worth it to me right now at high tide with the ocean coming up to the dunes. Hoping it holds off and I’ll go down later.

I left yesterday and the waves were getting rough. I wouldn’t go today, but by tomorrow, it’ll be fine.

I haven't checked since I read the OP last night. Sounded like a rough start.

Going to Navarre week of June 22, but I was lucky enough to book in Feb before the shitshow and they honored it

Yep. We’ve watched a couple people washed in. I won’t be getting in today for sure.

I’m in gulf shores as we speak and it’s a buzzkill today. Weather pretty shitty. Nothing crazy but can’t enjoy the beach whatsoever and a house full of 4 kids so I’d avoid coming today and just leave early tomorrow. So bored I’m actually on a grocery run in Walmart.
