Smoked pork butt, beef ribs, boudin, and queso. Wife made Mac and cheese and baked beans. Feast time.

Darla, I am so jealous of that BLT sandwich - Lots of bacon and big enough for two, but I don't blame you for wanting it all for your own.

For us:

Fresh Green Beans with new potatoes, Fresh squash fritters, and Pork Chops
