Yes he did they same thing to our son about 4 years ago. He was 7 at the time and they took him to the back without our permission and pulled 2 teeth, then we got a bill for it. Never asked us, nor did we every okay it. Of course our son was upset about, we weren't allowed back there. He came back up front to my wife crying and missing 2 teeth.

frick all that. I’d consider removing some of his teeth.

How did you not physically assault the man? As someone else said, I'd have removed some of his teeth with whatever blunt object was around me.
