Not anymore. Layoffs have really slowed down and many, many businesses brought back their furloughed employees.
Sure there will still be ripple effects for a couple of more months, but the worst is well pass us.

NIH. So you don't care about the stock market? I assume you are young, not smart or just poor. People who have worked hard for decades and saved for decades lost hundred(s) of thousands of dollars in their portfolios due to covid. Some way more than that. They are happy to see 80%+ of that back. I was shitting bricks a month or so ago. So Yeeeaaa, stock market didn't crater and ruin many lives.
If you still don't care, start investing so you can be scared next time too.

I care about the stock market. I worked 40 years in the oilfield. put a lot of money in the market. the economy was doing great until the democrats released the corona virus. so I say screw the democrats and their cult members!
