Lol, Marques Colston who should have a shrine of Drew Brees that he worships every hour of every day. Without Brees, colston wouldn’t be able to afford the Iphone he tweeted from
This is the kind of comments people are sick of hearing. How do you know that Colston wouldn’t have gone on to have an extremely good career in something else? It’s just like people in the past saying MT or AK would be in jail if not for football. I don’t 100% disagree with Brees comments, I think people are taking advantage of his status and jumping all over him, I also thing he could have been more intelligent and said something different.
It’s sickening to see his teammates jump on Twitter publicly about all this and not talk to him first. He reached out to MJ but MJ shut him down and told him to STFU on Twitter: nothing good comes from that and MJ is no leader. This entire thing is handled wrong on both sides and it’s a shame there is even “sides” to take in this day

Damn Marques, kind of hard to tell someone that the system is set up for them to fail when there are so many VERY successful black men...including yourself.
As a black man in this America, you still don't understand what he goes through. It's kind of hard for you to understand with white privilege in your wallet or in your family. Mention politic and your true color comes out. It was all good when Marques was scoring touchdowns for you in the saints uniform, but as soon as he say something you don't agree with, now he no good to you anymore. Man, take that bullshite back to St. Elsewhere!

He's not saying what I want him to say! rabble! rabble! Now he doesnt matter!
eta: man, kind of weird how so many players, past and present, seem to be on the same side on this. You fans better start educating all these people!

For one thing,Colston WAS NOT a diva. Some of these black athletes feel compelled to follow the crowd on these racial issues. Look I get it. What happened to George Floyd was inexcusable but so are the 30 black people killed by other black people every weekend in Chicago! BTW...one of the 4 cops involved was Asian and one was black. Anybody talking about that? I hope the Chauvin guy fries for what he did. I hope the black guy the killed the black ex police chief fries too. It's only racial because certain people/political parties need it to be! Race hate makes people rich and puts people in power.

It's amazing how quickly fans will turn on a player just for having a different opinion.

The people who say two ears, one mouth are usually the biggest hypocrites of not wanting to listen.

Calling a supposed friend out publicly on twitter is different than "having an opinion."

Brees never said he disagreed with protests or the cause behind them. He simply draws the line at a certain time. Maybe you should be listening to him Marques.

Yes. He does. That's the whole point of this. Kneeling is the protest.

Brees: “I have no comment on the situation.”
All you same dipshits: “Brees doesn’t have a comment? That’s bullshite and he’s racist!”
The reality of the situation is you assholes are mad that he didn’t raise his fist and support your cause, including Colston, Thomas, Kamara and the rest of them. End of story.

Colston really didn't say anything bad tho. He stated his opinion and why he disagrees with Drew. It's not that big of a deal to get mad at
