Would you be in favor of forcing a 48 hour blackout of Social Media to stop the riots?

There is zero doubt these animals are using Social Media to encourage and coordinate their attack against the United States.
On one hand I think it would be a great idea, on another it would scare me to think about our Government going to this length.

But I can't believe when the cameras pan the crowds at the riots how many of the people are holding their phones up videoing everything.
