That's what the FBI / DOJ is supposed to help with, but we'll have to wait and see if they get involved.
i would not trust them bastards either after the three year shiteshow they conjured up from their god. em

I don’t need either pathology reports to believe that fricktard cop should not have kept a knee on his neck for 9 minutes.
Don’t want to have to rely on dueling “experts “ - don’t be an angry tyrant that can’t professionally handle an a-hole with doing that extended knee / neck bullshite.
frick that cop.

Whatever the official cause of death, Floyd would be alive today had Chauvin not kneeled on his neck for 9 minutes. There’s simply no excusing what he did if Floyd wasn’t violently attacking anyone just prior. And we know he wasn’t to a high degree of certainty.
Is anyone such a partisan hack that they really want to defend Chauvin?

Lol. The county board pays their salary, appoints them, and can fire them in Minn.

Great. This is how things go. And chauvin can hire his own.

I doubt they would jeopardize their entire career and credibility by lying about what will be one of the biggest stories in this country's history!
My question is why would the ME say differently? They have no reason to lie. All the pressure from the public, government, and police would be to just corroborate everyone’s assumption regarding the video. I would assume it would be an easy confirmation.
Honestly, I think all the officers should be charged with some form of negligence in his death depending on the toxicology report. I just wonder if this knee component ended up getting blown up more than it should by the media/politicians to raise the emotional level when it definitely didn’t need anymore.

The guy would not be dead without that incident.
The dueling pathologists are for the degree of charge I guess.

I may have worded my opinion poorly. I believe based on the footage and facts that I am aware of at this time that excessive force and asphyxiation was in deed the cause of Floyd's death.
My understanding is that municipal pathology report said that c.o.d. was not asphyxiation but from other factors including POTENTIAL INTOXICANTS (no evidence of this being true).
Looked to me that there was some covering up in that process. That is what leads me to be believe the independent pathologist coming to the conclusion that the c.o.d. was definitely asphyxiation which was from the excessive force of the cop.

Seems shady two suck different results could be reached.
Baden is a hack who always finds the results that the people who hired him want.

It’s not that different. They’re both homicide.
They’re both connected to restraint asphyxia.
