Anyone ever been hit with a rubber bullet?

If so, where were you hit, and on a scale of 1-10, how bad did it hurt?

Yeah I’ve played paintball plenty of times.
ETA: more than an airsoft pellet but less than a bullet. Enough to make you question your life choices.

I got hit by a frozen paintball... Drew blood. Didn't hurt cause I'm a tough guy. Trying to tie a fishing lure on braid during a windy day while cramping up from dehydration... That is real pain.

I’ve been shot with them before for training.
They don’t feel like rubber and I don’t care how triggered you are, unless you high as giraffe nuts...you going to at least take a knee...
I’ve only been hit as high as just above the knee. You bounce them into the crowd, not a direct shot...
It’s zero fun, rather take mace to the face, at least air conditioning helps, rubber bullets leave marks...

Yes. And it hurt worse than a paintball by a fair amount. But I was also shot with one in a training simulation where they were shooting them how they're supposed to be shot, ricocheted off the ground towards your legs. They told us then if they shoot them directly, it can and will penetrate skin. And will break bones.

Got shot with one during training. Hit me in the thigh about 3” from dick. Hurt/stings way more than paint ball. It tore a small hole in my jeans. I’d rather be tased or pepper sprayed

Got hit by a bat (Winged mouse/rat kind of bat) in the chest, going up a reservoir doing about 50 mph one night. It hurt like the blazes. Wasn't all that nice for him either.
My table saw broke a board one time and threw a chunk of wood (baseball size) into my chest. Hurt a lot worse than the bat. Honestly sat down and thought, "I may die from this."

Can't find a picture but a reporter for I think Fox got hit in the stomach by one and had a baseball size red patch with literally no skin on it. He looked like he'd had surgery to remove the entire epidermis from that area
