The reality that we live in

I find it amazing that we live in a society that is so extreme on either end of the spectrum that reason and logic are just thrown out the window.
Injustice exists and so does racism, and there is clear evidence of it, but... unfortunately the extent is overblown when these types of events happen.
Police are not the biggest issue in the racial injustice felt by blacks and it is sad the focus it gets without working on or taking about the rest.
We reward prosecutors based on their kill count and rate in court, and not on the validity of their cases. This doesn’t mean we cheer on nefarious means and almost all of us are against them. That said, until you stop rewarding the legal kill count/rates for these lawyers, the rest is just eye candy.
The reality is that it is not as much race that dictates the imbalance but socioeconomics. Since a higher part of most of the minority communities are in lower economic groups, this tends to lead to much of the disparity.
Money talks in our legal system. If you have it, you walk or get a lighter sentence. If you don’t, you get the book thrown at you.
These are part of the realities and protesting one aspect will not fix the others. Instead the left glorifies people like Kamara Harris who did more damage to incarcerate black men then her predecessor in an effort to move up.
That is what needs to stop.

Blacks are the reason for the social injustice felt by blacks. PERIOD
Until that is accepted, nothing changes

It’s not reality. It’s crafted by the media in an effort to “divide and conquer”. When you see it for what it is then it all makes perfect sense.

It is ridiculous to assert that their is no injustice going on. Admitting that doesn’t mean you buy into the narrative that we are still living with slavery.
They take it too far, but we need to find common ground and it will take both work from the black community and everyone else doing their part to make this work. As a group, you simply can’t play the victim all the time and do little to make change yourself. It’s a team effort.

Exactly, I've never seen this level of garbage in real life, despite what they want us to believe.
Assholes are everywhere, but most people from all walks of life are inherently good.

It is infinitely more ridiculous to claim only black people face injustice

Look at the uneven sentencing for similar crimes based on race. That is factual and supported by data. That is one of the bigger issues. Not cops killing random black men because they are KKk members.
You can acknowledge that issues exist without going to the extreme. Buy in and effort from all sides is needed to help that.
Also bad cops are bad cops. Until we start holding them accountable in situations like Floyd’s whether the victim is white, black, green, yellow, etc, these types of arguments will be made. The good cops also need to hold accountable the shitbags they work with. Instead they just ignore them and let them run wild.

Where did I claim it was only black people that do? Al groups are effected on various aspects of life.

Right. 50 years ago, I went to school with blacks, so they had the same educational opportunities I had. Same with my kids. On top of that, blacks are, and have been, given advantages in higher education and employment over everyone else. Where is the social injustice against blacks that leads to a constant lower socioeconomic status?

The issue isnt white vs black.
Its rich vs everyone else.
Its rich vs everyone else.

That’s not the issue either.
It’s lazy entitled people vs those who work.

Often one has a rap sheet that effects the sentencing. Just about all of them are explained this way.

Studies looked at those circumstances and still found significant discrepancies.
It’s okay to admit racial bias exists in certain things without claiming all white people are racist or should be full of white guilt.
Here is a legitimate study. It looks at those factors accounted in.

This has ZERO to do with color and is reckless to even say.

LA Code Crim Pro 894.1
Look at A.3
(3) A lesser sentence will deprecate the seriousness of the defendant's crime.
Is it possible that Blacks are getting a 20% higher sentencing because of this? Since, if you believe the crime statistics, the level of crime black males commit needs more deterrent, so a longer sentence. Just like female crime is lower than male crime, so women of all races are get lesser sentences.
It seems higher sentences are given for demographic groups that are not taking crime seriously.
