Friend lives/works in Nola but office is in ATL.
When he logs on to work, he uses the work VPN(Using a VPN, you can make it appear that you’re in a different location by switching your IP address)
so while he’s working in Nola, to Draftkings, hes in ATL where it’s legal to play.
I just go to his house and place my bets, but anyone can purchase a VPN and do the same thing. Hell, you can drive to mississippi and place your bets then drive back and your good.

Just an FYI, people have been caught using VPN and they haven't paid out people before because of this. Stick to cash games, smaller tourneys if doing this.

I've done this before. I don't get in contests that I could win very much (I play mostly cash and small pot GPPs), but I've always wondered what would happen if I won something significant doing that. Would I have to file a tax return in Mississippi that year?
