Michael Berkland, the medical examiner in Scarborough's case, was a Looney Tune. He's the one who gave Joe the "Get Out of Jail Free" card. "Heart condition" caused it? Yeah, right.
Berkland was arrested in 2012 for allegedly stealing and storing away body parts from autopsies he performed.

Joe was in DC at the time- also, examiner report didn’t mention a pregnancy
