Just curious, why do you think in August 2016 Manafort shared internal swing-state polling data with Kilimnik, a Russian with ties to Russian intelligence?

In any case, the polling data was predominantly part of the public record, and there was still no evidence that Kilimink put any of it to use (despite the accidental revelation of Manafort’s sharing of polling data in January 2019, Mueller had been investigating the Manafort/Kilimink connection almost from the start).
