Unfortunately we have laws that say the pile of crap with hose should not get her arse beat for that behavior. Personally I would not have lifted a finger to help her if the girls mom would have popped her a couple times. Would have taught her and the child a lesson. If you decide to be a complete a-hole someone who disagrees with you might have something to say about it.
