The "Karen" is an a-hole and the mom is shitty for documenting this traumatic moment in her kid's life and posting it on the internet.
In the real world, shite like this would happen, the kid would get upset and she'd be over it within a day. Now she gets to relive it forever. Yay! The next generation is going to fricked up and this is why. Making a bad situation worse.
