There are over 700 (and growing) lawsuits filed against businesses by employees for “feeling unsafe” working through this.

This is a result of 24/7 news telling them it’s a death sentence, state health departments acting like it’s the Black Plague, and local politicians and Karen.

It's OK.

History has proven that more than one nation-state can exist on this beautiful land that we call America.

Keep voting Democrat, US electorate!

You are almost there!

This is why the government is so slow and dragging this bullshite out. It sounds like we have officially entered the CYA phase of this pandemic.

A Facebook group for the people I work with had a post last night asking for hazard pay when we return to work. I'm sure that is at least part of the reason why I'm still sitting on my arse right now.

The “takers” just want the free money for being unemployed.

Pretty sure this won’t hold up in court. Trump even said they will protect businesses from this

Yep, and most employment lawsuits are just slightly less disgusting than slip & falls. May as well not even hire anybody besides straight white men, because anybody else can nuisance sue the hell out of you if you ever need to fire them.

I’ve seen people intentionally wreck into a company truck, they had no license or insurance, it was their fault, and they still got 30-40k in a lawsuit. Complete bullshite. Basically if they sue they’ll get something because the insurance company would rather pay 25k to them than fight it in court and pay attorney fees

My wife's company's HR department has said they are not going force employees to return to the office for now and let them work from home. You are going to see more and more white collar jobs work remote. I feel for companies that are blue collar and have to deal with some of these a-hole employees.
