The Obama Administration has been caught spying on him. Also, what happened on December 14th?

I haven’t been keeping up - is it up to Barr to decide who / when to prosecute? Or is it like Durham’s call? Trump’s call? And I don’t understand Grennell’s role in this but know he’s MAGA and has been featured a bit lately.

I just want to step back for a moment...what does unmask mean? I get the gist of it I just want to understand the technicality of it better.

Probably Durham's call and if Barr doesn't like the call he can step in and change it and if Trump doesn't like the call he can step in and change it. However the boss stepping in and changing the call will likely cause a shite storm. They all need to be on the same page.

Routine intelligence on foreign agents would've picked up calls to/from Kislyak.
Any names of American citizens would be redacted in the transcript of the intelligence.
In order to "unmask" the redaction of that US Citizens name, an official would have to put in a request.

30+ suspects. Some of those people are legally entitled to unmask US Citizens talking to Foreign Officials. The crime was the leak of the call context. I don't understand why the UN Ambassador, the Ambassador to Turkey, or the Treasury Secretary has a need to know. Especially being in on intelligence involving the Trump Transition Team. Biden's in the shite because he overtly lied on tv, saying he had no knowledge of the Flynn unmasking.

Do we think they will start any proceedings before the election? It’s risky to do it before but obviously super fricking risky to delay it until after as well.
Tough call - IMO they can kind of imply what’s there and make it a voter referendum? Might be best tactic.
