Has anyone STILL not heard back about their EIDL loan application?

I have a client I did an application for around April 6th and he hasn’t heard a peep from the SBA and they won’t answer phones or respond to emails. Anyone have similar situation?

SBA is answering phones. A couple of us have gotten through with little to no wait time. When you get through ask immediately to be escalated to Tier 2 support. They can look up actual application numbers.
I applied on March 30th and just received my email from SBA about the EIDL loan on Monday afternoon. They have a shite ton of applications to work through.

Guess I’ll try calling again, I’ve had poor luck with it. Thanks for the response.

?(800) 659-2955? This is the number I use to contact them, and they answer within 2 mins.

Same, and when you call them they say well since you got your grand now you should be getting the email for the loan anytime.

Same answer I get. I had the advance deposited on 4/14. Not a peep since.
They won't look up my app # when I call. Just say "you should be getting the email anytime now". Been like that for 3 weeks.

Last Friday (i think) I got the email to answer the ID verification questions. So did a colleague of mine for his firm. He verified a day after I did and was approved within hours and already funded.
Mine is still "being processed," but they just hit my credit today, so we'll see.

Got approved went to sign docs in portal and I tells me I have no docs to sign and that step is "completed" and it's in funding. What? My friend had to DocuSign.

Keep checking , that will change, they will send you an email and then you docu sign

Yep. I've turned into whackadoo OCD boy with this stuff and was checking way too often ever since buddy's eidl got funded so quickly. Docs populated, and I signed. Yay debt!
No guarantee or non-business collateral though is good. As is no payment for a year.
I didn't read the note too terribly closely (as if I can negotiate it), but I didn't see it specifically state that no interest accrues during that initial 12 mo period. I assume the set monthly payment lines up w amort table that doesn't have interest first 12 months but didn't run it.
I would have actually preferred to wait up to six months to sign, but I didn't want to risk the "oops we ran out of money" thing.
This has been me with all things COVID loans and "relief":

Submitted April 1, got a number that starts with 330....... and have not heard a thing via email other than the generic email everyone got a couple of weeks back. I called a month ago or so and after talking to someone and being put on hold a number of times I was told it was approved and I should be getting the paper work via email. I think this was complete bs bc I dont think the person I was speaking to could give me that info over the phone. I have been told they will let you know either way, however I personally think a month and a half and still have no info is crazy. Also I have at least one credit monitoring service and have not had any credit check either. Any thoughts?

They hit my credit just before it was approved. It's weird because they didn't hit it before the verification step, but that step had info from credit report. And also some pretty deep info, like where I lived in 1975 when I was one year old.

received 2 emails from them. applied on 3-30
received grant and my credit was hit.
that is it for now.

They hit my credit when I got the advance. Think they will pull again before funding? Apparently my loan is being processed as of now.

Logged in this evening and our EIDL loan is approved. Signed the closing documents. Now we wait for funds.

Only one credit pull. When you sign the loan documents you certify that your financial status has not changed since loan application.

I was able to get them on the horn today and they said it was with the loan officer but couldn’t tell me much more than that. Said it could be completed by the end of the weekend but I’m skeptical that I just happened to call right when it’s being worked on after about 6 weeks.

When did you receive the email? Mine came on Monday.

Haven’t gotten an email yet had to call them up
