What could we have accomplished for 3 Trillion

Since we are now 3+ trillion in debt just from Covid, I wonder major milestones we could accomplish with that amount of money.

We could probably invest to get all Americans in driverless cars in a few years, savings 40k lives a year in auto deaths, eliminating DWI’s, reducing car insurance.

3 trillion is 3 million million.

I think it is 30,000 million or 30 billion. Don't hold me to it though but this calc is important!
