That QB that is on ESPN in the morning talk shows Dan Ovloskey was a terrible an. I can’t believe he lasted all those years in the league and is best remembered for running out of the back of the end zone.

Samkon Gado Running Back for Green Bay in the mid-2000's. I imagine Favre looked in the huddle and wondered how it got to freaking Samkon Gado starting at RB.

Jamaal Anderson, DE for Falcons. Dude was picked 8th overall in 2007 and it took him over a year to get his first sack. I remember him celebrating the sack with pushups because so much pressure had built up and it was a huge relief for him. It was super embarrassing.

Those falcons teams had some godawful defenses.

I’d like to nominate Brandon Browner, CB, New Orleans Saints.

Not even close to Justin Gilbert

Top 10 pick for Browns

Traded in 2 years for a 6th to Steelers and 1 tackle 0 INT in 12 games in 2016.

Then banned for substance abuse and never resigned.

Justin Gilbert

I have a few buddies who met him at a titty bar in Cleveland shortly after he was drafted. They said they thought he was functionally illiterate after talking to him.

I believe most of these guys were cut before playing in a game.

I realize that’s real bad. But let’s just think about the players HE was playing with, and then look at the defense he was playing against.

Its easy to cherry pick a bum performance to make someone seem worse than they were.

Here's a fun stat line.

What QB went 5-20, with 4 picks, 35 yards passing, and lost 9 yards on 2 sacks, posting a perfect 0.0 QBR/Passer Rating?

Peyton Manning in 2015.

Akili Smith 3rd player taken in the '99 draft. Bengals turned down 9 draft picks from the Saints who wanted Rickey Williams.

Career Stats with Bengals:
17 starts 5 touchdowns 13 interceptions 13 fumbles.

it gets worse after a stint in NFL Europe he went to the CFL

quote:

In his first regular season action, replacing Burris in the second quarter on July 12, Smith struggled against the Toronto Argonauts. He finished 6-of-10 for 63 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions. He also lost one fumble. He was then pulled at the end of the half. After an unimpressive showing against the Roughriders on October 8, 2007, going 4-of-12, for 37 yards, along with the impending return of a healthy Burris, the Stampeders released Smith on October 10, 2007.

He did have that sick locker room rap though from his OU days.
