Any change to the Texas 14-day quarantine after traveling to Louisiana?

I am trying to buy a house in Baton Rouge and sell one in Houston. My realtor is telling me if I go to Louisiana to see houses then I can't have anyone in our Houston house for 14-days. Is this really what the executive order requires?

They sent a Texas trooper to check on my daughter on day 8 after she returned to CS last week. Fill out a form at the boarder with address in Texas where you are going.

You are telling us that this really happened? Your daughter must be fine AF and the DPS probably made a note in the file that she is one that needed to be checked on.
