The urge to look for something unhealthy is down since I'm steps away from making myself something to eat.

I've been grilling more these last few weeks.

This week:
20lbs of Chicken Leg Quarters seasoned with Slap Ya Mama and a little BBQ sauce at the end of the grilling process.
A mixture of beans: Black, Navy, Baked & Pinto tossed into a crockpot.
Roasted brussels sprouts with olive oil, seasoning and a little sriracha sauce.

After letting the chicken cool, I picked everything off the bone and placed it in a container. It was about 19 pieces.

2x per day until next meal prep: 7-8 oz chicken, 5-6 oz beans and 4 oz of brussels sprouts.

Was easier for me bc I was restricted to base for 3 weeks

So only home cooked meals

I'd be ripped right now if I wasn't drinking so much beer during this shite

Way harder. With a wife and kids and a lot of time and boredom, we’re eating a lot of yummy and calorie-dense, fatty food.

I’ve gained about 6 pounds in the past three weeks and it’s starting to show.
