It’s disgusting how political we’ve allowed America to become. Both sides.

Were you under the impression that this entire situation is not already an unmitigated disaster?

Trump has completely caved

Democrats are going to ignore the guidelines

He needs to tie municipal bailouts to opening up with low amounts of deaths

I think it will be better than expected. People will get a taste of freedom and the government won't be able to stem the tide.

I doubt there will be anything gradual. Classic give an inch, take a mile mentality. Which I support in this case. Need that V shaped recovery.

Hey! They are following the federal guidelines that Trump blessed off on and GEOTUS makes no mistakes.

The MSM is poised and ready - if the reopening in Georgia, TN, Colorado goes poorly, it will be Trump's fault for encouraging it.

If everything goes well, ahead of schedule the Democrat governors and mayors will get credit and Trump will be blamed for shutting things down to begin with.

I’m not enthused about voting for him this fall

He’s basically just let the Democrats run wild

The MSM has been in a sheer panic since Hillary lost.
It has been nonstop ridiculousness for three straight years.

Just let the state, county and municipals figure it out themselves.

I fully expect the Dem September 2020 narrative to be: Trump tanked the economy by overreacting to the China flu; clips of Nancy telling people to go to China town will flooding the airwaves.

Don't Georgia and Tennessee have republican governors?

Yes, but that won't be the lead in their stories of success - they'll focus on local Democrat leaders.

But, it is why they are mostly hoping for more death and destruction, because it helps them.

They're despicable (most "reporters" of the MSM).

All the problems are because some people refuse to admit that this was all a hoax.

The federal government ties funding to state and municipal behavior all of the time. If they want a big bailout, they cannot hold their cities and states hostage.

Why? They'll be out of money soon, back to work.

The problem with this is people don’t see the Speaker of the House as being in charge. They absolutely see the President as being in charge of the country.
