Hate it for their family. Very tough loss. However, neither apparently died “of” covid.

One recently had a stroke and the other had a heart attack. They both just happened to be positive for covid when they died (in their 80’s). Both had severe pre-existing conditions.

Most of us on this site would test positive for covid if tested tonight. It is what it is...most either have it or have had it. We’ve all probably been exposed numerous times.

How long are they going to count every death as covid related just because the deceased happened to be positive for coronavirus? Again, hate it for the family...but this isn’t really covid related.

Yep, they miraculously passed the same week despite the Corona. Makes sense.

I was just quoting the article. Both were dealing with pretty significant medical circumstances on top of the COVID

At that age, after suffering an MI and stroke, COVID would probably do most of them in though

You don't really understand how it works. The virus doesn't directly cause death, it causes conditions in the body that lead to "other" causes of death. There is a link between COVID-19 and clots and some patients stroke out as a result. The stroke would not have occurred but for the infection. As for heart attack, the virus as we all know attacks the lungs which are causing COVID patient's O2 sats to tank and this can cause a heart attack. The clotting issues can also cause heart attacks.

The main point being strokes and heart attacks are often the immediate cause of death in COVID patients but the effects of the virus are what cause the clots, bottomed out sats or other conditions that result in the stroke or heart attack.

One died on a ventilator for covid. The other died of heart failure. You do know covid causes your heart rate to skyrocket 25% on average? That’ll cause a ton of people to have heart issues. That’s why obese people and people with heart problems and older people are at risk

Some of you won't believe Covid actually killed someone unless you have HD video of the virus walking into the room and shooting the person at point blank range

Prepare for the onslaught of how in our brave new world staying facts is heartless, cruel, or “not the right time”.

As long as authoritarian governors and local politicians can. It facilitates their power and ability to control everyone. You don’t think they’re gonna give that up easily do you?

If we follow your logic then AIDS doesn't actually kill anyone.
