Don't care, LSU really gave it to Bama.

Him and Chase are probably the best 2 receivers in the country next year. Why he didn’t go pro, blows my mind.

He wanted to get his degree and improve his draft stock

Feel the exact same imo he’s the most complete out of the bama receivers. Best hands while also being an elite route runner and has great speed too. He even lead them in receiving yards so him coming back for a more featured role doesn’t make that much sense either. Regardless, I can’t wair to see him match up on stingley again next year

For being objective and stating the obvious? I love stingley but anyone with eyes will tell you the bama game was his worst game of the season idk what your getting sensitive and defensive for.

Smith time is coming. Stingley, for the win this year! Save the file!

He's far better than Ruggs

Well, if you just judge him by his worst plays you are correct. How about the other plays where he had Smith covered?
If we accept that the first long TD was a communication issue with the sideline that leaves the late fourth quarter pass Was Stingley expecting a different defense , maybe more help over the top? Or did he just get beat. Good vs good and the other good won that one.
Over the course of the game it may have been a draw coverage wise.

Agreed it isn’t even close imo. Ruggs is a burner but smith is quite fast too while having better hands and much better route ability

Are people that sensitive about anything remotely negative being said about stingley?
Posted on 4/18/20 at 4:26 pm to tigersbb
Yes people have repeatedly brought up the long touchdown due to stingley looking at the sideline and their right. But even outside of that’s play smith was giving stingley all he could handle that game. He even made him fall when he ran a comeback route. It’s ok to say stingley had a bad game he’s complete shutdown after that game and that game will make him a much better player in the long one. Even elite corner has had a bad game people on here for whatever reason during the year got extremely defensive if they pointed out stingley was remotely struggling but were quick to jump on Fulton if he was having a bad game

glad it happened that way tbh
everyone needs a kick in the mouth, even one of the most naturally gifted CBs of all time

Exactly this game will make stingley a much better player in the long run. Even Peterson got torched by Julio his freshmen year and was much better in the long run. This game simply showed how much room for growth stingley has his upside is limitless

Some calls by Aranda in that bama game were not very good leaving him on an island with no help
With that said covering those 4 bama wrs is tough on anyone
At least bama didn’t gave a te like moss

Agreed aranda did our Dbs no favors consistently leaving them on islands with no help against the track team of wideouts bama has. I will say I was impressed with how flott and Fulton played that game they were extremely sticky all game. Fulton particularly seems to play his best fb against their receivers that’s now two straight years wideouts like Jeudy and Ruggs struggled to separate from him
