What is the most expensive billable hourly rate you've seen billed?
ex - legal, medical, accountant, engineer, architect, etc.

Some of the partners at the white shoe law firms who do M&A work and securities litigation bill out in the $1500/ hour range.

Partners at Deloitte & Touche on their Actuarial side back in '98 were billing out at $950/hour. Couldn't imagine what they are billing out now.

I used to quote out $420/hr for a larger oil and gas service rig. Add on 50% for anything over 10 hr.
