Vince wrote for the X Files, so I wouldn't rule out Kim being an alien hybrid conducting research on human behavior. It IS set in New Mexico.

It's definitely plausible, but highly unlikely.
Saul's money goes into ISZA which suggests it is her money also. If she ran with Sandpiper why would he still be using that account?
If I wanted to defeat my own theory, there's only on plausible scenario left. Kim gets out of control and gets busted before BB. There is one clue that makes that suggestion.
I don't think that will happen, but it's the last lifeline for the people rooting against J+K=S.
She's not dying, she's not vanishing before BB, and she's not scamming Jimmy.
The only option left where she's not working with Saul is that she's in prison. Even if she is, she could still be working with him. I don't think this is where we are headed, but it's the last resort for the folks that don't believe me.

If she's not willing to get away from Saul because of Lalo, and BB Saul's first concern is Lalo, that means things are mostly smooth sailing in between.
There's not much in between that Kim won't be able to handle. If she makes it past Lalo she's going the distance.

Next season feels like a war is being set up. Legal one and criminal one and they will spill over. Saul and Kim vs Howard will be bigger than expected.
She may end up disbarred herself..everyone in this universe ends up betrayed by their strengths. I like her character and portrayal. The writers pay attention to the strengths of their actors and then write for those.

Marriage was her idea. Maybe that's why we are seeing this side of jimmy where he has been caring, devoted and loving. If she betrayed him,..I could see that pushing his saul to the level we saw.

Also there was an episode that took the time to explain her background of having to leave home barefoot in the middle of the night. And refusing to get in her mom’s car- taking a harder road than necessary because she’s stubborn.
But yea theres no way she would ever leave a current situation...you can definitely expect a happy ending for kim and jimmy at the end of BCS because we all know everyone in BB had a happy ending.
I agree with you, the setup is so ripe for something terrible to happen to divide Jim and kim. It would be too cheap and corny for Vince to pull a J+K=S, especially given all the character development and foreshadowing. J-K=S is bound to happen.
