Florida was the best home game this year by far. It wasn’t the loudest game I’ve ever been to but it was a very festive atmosphere.

this is so underrated. It didn’t even feel real, something was just different

For real. If we could’ve only kept that game close, I think this would be the answer. As such, I’d say 2012 Bama for me as far as post 2010 goes.

Bama games are always great. This just makes me really wish Bama last year was at TS

03 Georgia is the best I’ve experienced, followed by 2007 Florida. I was at 97 Florida, but I was pretty young so the weight of the game wasn’t as significant to me.

2012 vs Bama (infamous Yeldon screen)
2017 vs Auburn (down 20 at halftime and came back)

I think one of the most under rated games in the last 10 years was 2012 South Carolina

I believe they were #3

I still remember how loud Death Valley was that night

When they announced the score of the USC-Stanford game, the place just about erupted.

2012 Bama was the loudest game I have ever been to in Tiger Stadium. Until about :57 left in the 4th.

Same for me. I remember leaving the game pissed off at the outcome with a massive headache from the noise and came down with a fever the next day out of exhaustion. Only other times I’ve felt physically tired from watching a sporting event were the Saints Super Bowl and the Bama game this past year.

discuss

been going to games since '91, here are a few of my top contenders:

'97 - Florida: I was a child and still remember this game fully.

'00 - Tennessee: cried when our attempt at the game-winning FG was blocked to end regulation, cried again when we won.

'01 - Auburn: winner to SECCG. the False Tigers stomped on the Eye before kickoff and we reply with the onside kick. They didn't stand a chance.

'03 - UGA: the best day game ever, in Death Valley.

'07 - Auburn: Flynn to Byrd, enough said.

'07 - Florida: the greatest game ever played. an all-out war that ended with Tebow crying.

'12 - Alabama: yeah, it was a loss...but I've never heard an explosion of sound for a TD like I did when Mett hit Landry in the South Endzone for the lead.

'14 - Ole Miss: the night No.4 came to town and left with their first loss. The 13-play drive that was ALL I-formation until Logan Stokes caught a play-action pass in the north endzone. NO ONE, saw it coming.

'19 - A&M: Burreaux. and we were out for Aggie blood from 7OT last season...that was a fun night.

'01 auburn was the best I've been to
this one is kind of getting lost in the shuffle. may not have been quite as lit as '07 fla or '03 uga but, it was a special, special night. life had changed for the country and it felt like that game was catharsis. it suddenly became a huge game with the west on the line. lsu fans were just getting a taste of life at the next level. there was already bad blood with ears from ole miss. night game. onside kick. great, great atmosphere. definitely one of the sentimental favorites

I don’t like to get into the discussion of best ever. I’m just so happy
that we have enough games that you can make a comparison too.
Florida this year was a great atmosphere, a night time top 10 match up.
It was a huge step in what the team was building and Florida has beat
us a few times in this situation.

That 2012 SC game was such an underrated atmosphere. Will never forget that place after Montgomery’s sack in the 4th quarter.

07 Florida still takes the cake for me.

Notre Dame 1986. I was in Tiger Band. The crowd was so damned loud during Pre-Game that we couldn't even hear ourselves on the field next to each other. Then, as we were standing by the tunnel waiting for the team, fireworks were going off overhead. We could see the flashes and even feel the concussion of the big fireworks going off, but we couldn't hear them at all.

That's some serious shite when you can't even hear the BIG fireworks going off above the stadium! And that was just for PRE-GAME!
