I ended up buying through Sod Solutions, but a local place (Coshatts) were the ones who delivered it. It was $1000 for three pallets and delivery.

Just an FYI for anyone reading this thread Sod solutions has a measuring tool for estimating how much sod you will need. Also, findlotsize has a measuring tool.

Strange, I called Coshatt and they only have emerald zoysia. I'll give sod solutions a call, I found palisades for 195 a pallet but I'm seeing geo is more shade tolerant than palisades.

just checked with them on 5 different types of Zoysia and they don't have delivery options available for any of them in my area, oh well
