Snapchat “models” doing meetups for a fee

Anyone ever hear of this? A divorced buddy of mine has fallen on some desperate times. He’s been following some random on Snapchat and bought a membership to her “premium” account. Now she’s advertising meetups for $150, and he’s contemplating going to Houston to meet her. I told him 1 of 3 things are bound to happen:
1. She’s a fat blob and not the smoke show he’s been jerking it to.
2. She has STD’s.
3. It’s an FBI prostitution sting operation.
