Lock things down from Mid October- February.

Seems pretty shitty to basically tell everyone who loses someone to the flu we don’t care about you when we could have prevented it or drastically reduced it by social distancing and curfews

We should reduce speed limits to a max of 30 mph on the interstate as well.
