Or have you done what it takes to get your hands on your fast food vice?

Seems like a really good time to cook at home and eat significantly better.

Lots of cooking at home/grilling.

I did make a run for Popeye's last week. But was wondering if anyone had sneezed on it.

I've worked hard on doing that ever since last August but the last month has kicked it for good.

Yes, haven't eaten fast food in two weeks, but I'm at home eating snacks all day like fat slob.

I am eating it more than ever. I have been driving all over the world lately and it is hard to figure what else to do to grab a bite.

Also, it is hard to figure out where to take a break to piss.

I have it once every few weeks to break the monotony because I do love hamburgers and fries, and then it's back to my normal diet.

Haven't eaten fast food more than once a month in quite some time. Never have liked it.

I found out a couple years ago that I am borderline high blood pressure and the best way to keep it in check is to cut back on salt, eat healthy and exercise regular. Not wanting to take hypertension drugs, I decided to totally cut out fast food. It is all loaded with sodium. I really missed it for the first few months, but after that I never think about it. I don't miss it a all now. (except Chick-fil-A)
I have a standing rule: If it has a drive thru, I can't eat there!

for the most part yes, but I still indulge in:

Chik-fil-a
Canes
Tropical Smoothie

My Rona diet started 03/16. Down 13lbs and feeling great. Motivated to hit my ideal weight which I haven’t seen since 2015.
