Again, as of now It’s going to be Jefferson & Orleans parishes only. Subject to change if the citizens don’t follow the mandates already in place, or if confirmed cases rapidly increase.

You know what happens when you lockdown the most infected areas of a state? It has to be all or nothing, if we do this Louisiana will have fricked the response up royally

Sounds reasonable. My thought is that if the mayors and sheriffs of Orleans and Jefferson Parish don't issue shelter in place orders for those areas soon, admin will be forced to do it statewide in order to shut those areas down.
