Don’t give it to Individuals. Give it to Small Business which make up 99% of all business in the US. Bars, Restaurants, Travel Agency’s and Small retail are going to get Crushed. Prayers up for Small Business.

You’re a free enterprise, take out loans. No one forced people into business in these areas. They knew or should’ve known the risks. Our President and Our Treasury Secretary know what they’re doing.

He is giving it to the rich in the form of tax cuts (again) $500 billion, and the airline industry, nothing for the middle class or non working class low income individuals effected during this crisis. Once again Trump only cares about giving tax breaks to billionaires while the rest of us suffer.

I agree but don't know how he can do that easily. I think cash transfer may allow small businesses to see a good amount of the money - as long as they are allowed to operate that relatively soon that is.

The airlines have been nickel and diming us forever. Definitely don’t bail out those assholes.

Employed Americans are pathetic for not being to afford mortgages, bills, and everything else for a month, but there is zero expectation for businesses to be anything but extremely fragile and unable to weather anything? Why is one not ok but the other is?

small businesses don't deserve it anymore than individuals do. At least this way it gets to all the people instead of just small business owners. I don't get your logic other than that you must be a small business owner

bullshite.

The 2008 bailout did nothing to help regular folks. This is not a banking/financial crisis. This is a people crisis.

Give it to eerybody...... this thing is gonna hurt and eerybody gonna need either an infusion or creditors gonna have to take an old cold tater and wait........20% unemployment is shattering.......

We owe about $10k to the IRS from last year that I’m sitting on......I ain’t remitting that money until things normalize. Looks like we might even avoid penalties and interest but if not Im holding that money until at least the end of summer.

Idk I think it's crazy for govt to expect small businesses to pay their work force for two plus weeks with out any work being done lmfao

GTFO how does that work? No they should not have to pay for work that isn't being done... I have no idea how to fix the problem but u shouldn't be able to force employers to pay someone else for lost wages when the govt told u to shut down...

Shut down and no one gets paid hopefully business has some savings, or
If everyone wants to get paid stay open, risk it for the biscuit I guess...

Imo only people who should be holed up are the ones who have the breathing and older in age. they should get some sort of grocery delivery service and pick it up in the street or something and disinfect it b4 brining it inside...

Idk but this shutdown does not seem to be needed just over kill

Travel Agencies? Is this the 80’s?

Frick the airlines. Industry down for almost two weeks and already needs a bail out. That’s ridiculous.
