So what are doctors supposed to do?
"Yes I've sacrificed a decade of happiness and stability for my job to care for people because that's my life's passion and what makes me happy... but sure keep replacing me with PA's and NP's and continue to destroy my salary and continue to raise the tuition of medical school"

Didn’t read but did the info on the ACEs have anything to do with the chemical makeup of the drug itself, the metabolites, inhibiting ACE itself, or is it something with the effects of the drugs it doesn’t like? Or do they just not know much right now?
