Per Woj:

"The Golden State Warriors are planning to play foreseeable home games without fans in observance of the San Francisco Health Office's order prohibiting group of events of 1K or more from assembling, source tells ESPN."

Gonna be kinda interesting to hear the squeak of the shoes and the shite talking from the players. Might be a novelty that gains more TV viewers.

Maybe they'll pipe in some noise just to reduce the awkwardness.

Absurd. NBA games never pipe in endless noise or music.

ETA: Honestly, it might be more awkward if they have the usual sound effects playing throughout the game and echoing around the empty arena.

ETA #2: I hope they do the full introductions.

Let each team have 1 fan. Halftime we can check in with both and get their thoughts

I saw the idea of 1 fan on twitter.

I love it. Some crazy super fan.

Bet they wouldn't be doing this if they had a healthy Klay and Steph. Fans weren't showing up anyway. Now they can look so progressive.

Can't risk fans at basketball games, but feces and needles on every sidewalk and park bench are acceptable. Great job San Francisco

It’s not a choice the Warriors made.

Figured San Francisco and a Steve Kerr coached team would be the first to do this
