Chinese teen drives off a bridge 10 minutes after getting his license (video)

The man, identified as only Mr. Zhang, had passed his driving test just 10 minutes prior.
Zhang was on a very narrow bridge and texting his friends about his new license when he noticed two people walking along the same bridge. He panicked and jolted to the left, careening off the bridge and into the river below.

looks like his front wheel hit a post and im assuming he wasn't holding onto the wheel good enough
kinda a bang bang thing. I seen people run into ditches the same way so I cant say its about him being a bad driver, just not paying attention, more then likely messing with the radio
