Ok so I haven't finished it but has anyone in this thread brought up the fact that Carole on tape said that if you wanted Joe to get eaten, they should have put sardine oil on his shoes and not cologne.
Sardine oil unlike the cologne would have made the tiger eat Joe rather than sniff his shoes.

Very matter of fact like

Huh

I'm right behind you but another thing (besides her brother cop "she barely knew bc they were six years apart" finding her broken down car at 3am the morning before the disappearance was reported, 3am to get food to feed a tiger btw) that set it in stone for me was her *verbatim* line about "he was going to costs rica to get cars" or w/e she said. Verbatim quote like 10 years+ apart when they showed footage of her saying it back then.

Word for word, got her story straight EARLY and recited that shite so that 10+ years later after, spit out the same exact phrasing.

Textbook fabrication

I am starting to wonder how many people are gonna buy a tiger with their stimulus check. I mean, it's only 2 grand.

The lady reminds me of Joyce Mckinney. A lot of you have no idea who that is but it was a huge deal back in the day.

Joyce Mckinney was a pretty young actress who was obsessed over a Morman man. Eventually kidnapping him, chaining him to a bed and having sex with him over a few days.

She basically followed him his entire life and the press followed her. She was one crazy bitch. There was a story about her and a documentary called "Tabloid"

I highly recommend it. Just some good old mid 70's crazy that the media was obsessed with

The chick in this story reminds me of her

I watched the first two episodes and I don't care for it. Does it get better or can I just stop now?

Your call. People are infatuated with it for a reason.

I always had that question?

"Should I keep watching"

If you dont like it after 2 episodes, then it's probably not for you. Although I would say episodes 3 4 and 5 are the best of the series.

This will probably be unpopular, but I don't think Carole necessarily killed her husband.

They said he was a millionaire, but no one really mentioned exactly how he made his money. He lived in Florida, made semi-frequent trips to South America and liked to bury cash and gold.

He talked with his friend about pulling "the slickest thing he'd ever done" right before he goes missing.

I mean, it screams that he was wrapped up in something shady in a place drug trafficking isn't uncommon. It also wouldn't surprise me if she knew what his business was and was lying about "cars" avoid revealing that.

It’s interesting but based on the overwhelming overreacting of everyone on social media I expected more. I don’t think he should be in jail for 22 years. Maybe a 2-3 year sentence at most based on the little case that against him.
The Baton Rouge zookeepers have killed more animals than him.

I understand why she hasn't been convicted but she's clearly the most likely culprit based on the evidence known to the public.

Occam's razor and all.

His wife and beneficiary of his will is always going to be the prime suspect. I'm not saying she didn't do it, just that I'm not certain she did.

There seemed to be a substantial shady side to what he was doing. You get in too deep with the wrong people there, they'll also make you disappear.

I never would have guessed Netflix could top ‘Abducted in Plain Sight’ as far as How can these people be real? what-the-frickness.

Bravo
