Do attorneys like Gordon McKernan take on case work once they make it big?

Do they still do court appearances? Or do they just manage other lawyers and staff at that point?

No clue.
I prefer Dudley DeBosier. They’re the official injury lawyers of the LSU fighting Tigers.

pay them enough and they'll jump through a fire hoop wearing a bra and panties

I always assumed they made their money by not going to trial.

Someone told me that Mo Bart hasn’t been in a courtroom in years. Not sure what truth there is to that.

You don’t need togo to court when you can get a 49k rubber stamp.

Lol no once they make it big they just send their minions to do the real work.

Very rarely is the person who’s name is on the door going to court at a practice of any decent size.

I had jury duty about 2 years ago and DeBosier was litigating.

No, his granddog commands a substantial portion of his day

its like any company structure, they hire lawyers to do it for them at market rates and they are the figureheads who name brings in the clients and then they cherry pick a few high dollar income cases for themselves

I prefer Laborde Earles. They’re the ones with Alvin Camaro in their commercials. He seems really genuine in his responses to their questions. I’m glad they let the young man speak his mind and they don’t try to direct him on what to say or anything. It all seems just very organic.

They show up at mediation, at press conferences or at the court house steps on the cases they should hit for big verdicts.
If they are actually skilled lawyers, they will be involved in the part of the trials that they are particularly skilled, like jury selection and closing for example.

All those shite lawyers do is teach their minions to settle out of court. Very little law is actually practiced. Bunch of limp jabronis that graduated in the bottom 50% of their class making 40k a year to help “victims” of frivolous crap
