The big names have little attorneys who do all the work, but will slip in and grab a case before trial if the case has the potential for big value.

Because while he is an arse that is deserving of the derision and embarrassment that would come from a public disclosure of his identity, I don't think his wife and kids deserve it. People can figure it out.

I have older colleagues who litigated against Bart back in the 80s when he still went to court. Put it this way, he's a way better marketer than lawyer. And he's laughing all the way to the bank. Is the stigma and social satire worth it though? Guess it depends on who you are.

I think he's talking about the big E.E.G. In fact, I almost GUARANTEE it.
(but for all legal purposes, I don't "GUARANTEE" it. I just use that misnomer to give a hint to who I suspect it may be due the original hint dropper being a pussy that won't name names.)
