CCL needs to take about 100 more. A major problem is there are too many members and too many rounds that chew up the course. They should raise the monthly dues and cut the membership, less play same amount of money.

They need to invest in the course and get a new superintendent and general manager that has a proper vision for the course.

With the current demand for the course and the LSU money, there is really no reason the course should not be immaculate, other than incompetence.
Both of my SW flights today have been delayed

How their CIO is still employed is baffling.

I'm a member at UC.

If you want to play on the weekends before 11:30, you will need to call a week ahead to make the tee time. You shouldn't have any issues if you plan in advance. They can normally squeeze you in the afternoons.

UC course conditions are always good. IMO with the amount of members the conditions should be great. I always feel there is not enough grass on the fairways / greens. Also, the course gets ALOT of play, so the common hitting areas (driving range, tee boxes, landing areas) are full of divots.

Yes. There will be mistakes. If you are not an a-hole and you have a good builder, issues can be resolved. When I built my house a few years ago, the builders installed the wrong color roof. It was supposed to be grey, they put on brown. After a bit of negotiation, I got them to build my outdoor fireplace for free. Pick a good builder and its really not that bad.

Yes, Yes and Yes. It also can cover a portion of lost revenue during the outage.

This would make alot of money. You cant ever guarantee 100%. If hackers want to get in, they will. The only thing you can guarantee is that you can restore the environment quickly. You do that through fail-over environments, back ups, snapshots, etc. Looks like BR general was lacking in DR planning.

I would be hesitant to live out in UClub. It’s far from everything and an absolute bitch to exit in the morning. I would also be miserable making that drive down Bluebonnet Extension every day.

I live there and its fine. It never takes me more than 5 minutes to get out the neighborhood in the morning. The busy times are during school and there is a cop in the mornings directing traffic.

Its far enough away to feel secluded but you are still 10 minutes from anything you want to do, movies, LSU, grocery store, etc.

U club is a really nice neighborhood and will be really convenient to the new development on Bluebonnet.

St. Jude school goes up to 8th grade. Its a great school.
Does the statute for incorporation state that the newly formed city must have a balanced budget?

If not, its irrelevant.

I just got back on Friday. I have a 9 year old daughter.

If you want to have a semi-enjoyable experience, you MUST purchase Genie+ and learn how to miniplate the lighting lanes. You have to get up early and you will be walking a bunch trying to chase your lightning lanes. Also, you will need to take advantage of the "magic" hours.

If your not willing to do this, you are going to wait for at least an hour for every single ride.

IMO Disney needs to raise their prices alot. The parks were way overcrowded and the wait times were insane. Not just for the rides, food lines were at least 30 minutes even for some counter service places.
Sounds like its about time for me to create a fake linked in account stating I'm the Director of Integrity at Instagram. My duties included un-banning accounts.

If people say “by-you” you are up the bayou, if people say “by-ya”, you are down the bayou.
You should rent an AIRB&B, tie him up with zip ties and beat him with a hammer and bat.
I’ve been hearing my home town in lafourche parish will be underwater since high school. That was in ‘93
