How old is a 15lb largemouth bass? Heard a guy caught one out of Sam Rayburn.

I’ve always heard about a pound per year. But, it’s mostly dependent on food supply and environmental conditions.

You can hang them in a cooler for about a week at 40 degrees.
Some people ice them to bleed them but that’s not the right way...........

If he cheated, then the non boater was in on it. Guy called the tourney director to see if he could put some bass in the co-angler side of live well, as his side was full with just a few of those big uns...

Only truly accurate way I know of it to take the ear bone thingy to a wildlife biologist.
