I loved Jeffrey even though my pic didn't "officially wink wink" make it on his wall of fame due to me being a nobody. I fondly remember my last convo with the J-man.
Me--Hey Jeffrey can I have another soy sauce packet for my to-go order?
Jeffrey--No, 1 is all you need.
"Jeffrey Cheng, 91, of Baton Rouge, LA, owner of the popular restaurant of over 40 years, Hunan Chinese Restaurant, passed away on February 12, 2020. He was born March 7, 1928 in Jing Jiang City, China."
