One of many unforgettable memories from the fearless GOAT. Was a sign of things to come.

He did the same shite to Miami his first game. Real glad I made that trip. Miami fans were a different kind of trash with all those gold chain t shirts and they were mouthy
He had it in him from the very first snaps

What did he tell the guy... He was a hell of a player and he enjoyed playing with him...

I like how Charles pulled Joe away from the Vandy players.

Sometimes you don’t realize just how big Joe is. Standing there with Charles magnifies it. Joe is a big dude

What caused him to do that? I don't even remember seeing that.

Is this the same game when after scoring 5 TD’s he flashed 5 fingers to the Vandy sideline. I’d love to see that gif.

I love how his linemen were walking and all came to a stop when Joe detoured... that was a "that's my quarterback" moment from his teammates.
And as Joe jogs away they're all still on the Vandy sideline watching his back.

Every Miami fan I talked to before the game “I was there too” kinda laughed at the notion that they would lose!

Those same tards didn’t say a word walking out....

They must have thought they were back like UT. They were sparse in 05 and rightfully so.
Reminds me of the bama was back. I saw more bama fans at that seccg in 05 than i saw U fans a month later.
Bama wasnt even playing that game.

According to The Athletic:
quote:
Vandy delivered a late hit on the sideline, and Burrow turned back, approached the player and — according to one staffer — informed him he’d throw for 500 on him now. He threw for 398 before getting pulled after three quarters.

But the defense isn't good enough to beat Ohio State or Clemson. They'll struggle with Oklahoma's offense. Dddeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr!
