I love how in that video you can see how he'd gelled with the offensive line. They turned with him and followed his lead and let him do his thing, but they were right there to make sure their QB stayed safe and out of trouble. Burrow waded in with 1600 pounds of backup and didn't have to ask. They just were THERE. Four of them were with Burrow with Deculus standing there like "I wish a motherfricker would". Then, when Charles turned Burrow away and the Vandy sideline stepped forward, Deculus rolled up to let them know he wasn't having that shite and he wasn't fricking around.
His offensive line would have destroyed the world for him. I don't know if I've ever seen the likes of the front five we had this season or if we'll ever see their equal at LSU again. They were magnificent.

There's only 2 QBs in my short lifetime where as they got nailed in games they got better. You hit them they get pissed off even under pressure. Tom Brady and Joe Burrow. One of those guys is considered tGOAT right now...the other guy, has plenty of storybook left to tell. There's only so much you can coach in players. Toughness, confidence, composure, and clutch genes under pressure you either have it or you don't.
