Pretty obvious he isn't going to get an impartial jury in DC.


He also needs to file to recuse this particular Judge from hearing this case as she is clearly prejudicial in her rulings. The part I'm curious about is whether there was prosecutorial misconduct on the part of the DOJ in their prosecution of Stone. Remember Stone alleged it but the Judge immediately shot it down and sealed the record.
