He made an untimely and inappropriate comment regarding the passing of Kobe Bryant. He is very remorseful and acknowledges the inflammatory and insensitive nature of his remarks.
5. Have they been previously suspended for the reason indicated in No. 4?
No
6. A pledge not to break any rule in the future
He has vowed never to flame other posters again. I personally heard him say it.
7. Lavish praise for the admin team (limited to three sentences)
Thanks to the ingenious and creative minds behind td.com thousands of people have been brought together in this remarkable forum... it is literally the fb of college sports. What more needs to be said.

7. You know you have a good thing going when the reinstatement thread goes 14 pages. You admins are doing such a great job you all deserve a raise. I just wish you would do a better job at keeping the alters at bay..they really bring out the worse in some people...buts that an issue for another day
